Gentle Touch is a nurturing parent education class designed to help caregivers strengthen connection, calm, and communication with their baby through infant massage and responsive calming techniques.
Parents will learn safe, developmentally supportive infant massage techniques while also exploring co-regulation strategies that help babies feel secure, organized, and emotionally supported.
This class focuses on:
Infant massage techniques
Reading baby cues and body language
Calming strategies for fussiness and overstimulation
Co-regulation through touch, voice, movement, and presence
Supporting digestive comfort to relieve gas and/or reflux
Safe and effective babywearing
Understanding infant nervous system development
Caregivers will practice gentle techniques including:
Massage strokes
Gentle stretches for baby
Positioning and holding techniques for baby
Baby wearing
Techniques for digestive comfort
This 60 minute class provides a welcoming and supportive environment where parents can slow down, connect with their baby, and build confidence in responding to their infant’s needs.

Little Movers is a supportive parent education class designed to help caregivers understand and support their baby’s early motor development through tummy time, rolling, sitting, and foundational movement skills.
This class gives parents clear, practical guidance on how babies develop strength, coordination, and balance during the first year of life, and how everyday play can support healthy development.
Parents will learn:
The purpose and progression of tummy time
How rolling develops (and what is typical vs. delayed)
Sitting readiness and developmental stages
Safe positioning and handling techniques
How to encourage movement through play
Ways to support strength, symmetry, and coordination
This class also helps parents understand:
What milestones to expect and when
How to recognize signs of readiness or challenge
How to support a baby who resists tummy time
When to seek additional evaluation or support
How to safely use baby gear and what to avoid
After this 60 minute class, caregivers will leave with simple, realistic strategies they can use throughout the day to help their baby build strength and confidence in movement.

Tiny Tongues is a supportive, parent-centered class designed to help caregivers feel confident with breastfeeding, bottle feeding, and early oral motor development in the first year of life.
This class bridges feeding and development, helping parents understand how oral motor skills—such as sucking, swallowing, jaw stability, and tongue movement—support safe and effective feeding from day one.
Parents will learn:
Foundations of breastfeeding and bottle feeding
How oral motor skills develop in infants
Proper positioning and latch support principles
Bottle feeding techniques that support pacing and coordination
Signs of effective feeding
Common feeding challenges and what may contribute to them
How feeding supports speech and oral development later on
This class also covers:
Suck–swallow–breathe coordination
Jaw, lip, and tongue development
Feeding reflexes in newborns and how they change over time
Responsive feeding and bonding during feeding times
When to seek lactation or feeding support
After this 60 minute class, caregivers will leave with practical strategies to support calmer, more confident feeding experiences and a better understanding of how their baby’s oral development connects to feeding success.
