To make care as convenient and comfortable as possible, I provide in-home visits throughout Central Iowa or I can meet with parents virtually from anywhere in Iowa, allowing babies to be evaluated and treated in the environment where they eat, play, and grow.

I specialize in caring for infants with torticollis, tongue ties, reflux, feeding challenges, and developmental delays. By evaluating the whole baby—not just individual symptoms—I look for the root cause of concerns. I assess body tension, movement patterns, oral motor function, and feeding mechanics to help babies feed better, move better, and thrive!

My advanced training includes infant bodywork techniques such as infant massage and craniosacral therapy, which I integrate into individualized in person treatments or I teach parents manual techniques to work on at home with their baby virtually. Every baby is unique, and I believe the best outcomes come from addressing the entire body while partnering closely with parents throughout the process.

I work with babies experiencing:

• Torticollis and head-turning preference

• Tongue ties and oral motor dysfunction

• Breastfeeding and bottle-feeding challenges

• Reflux, gas, “colic,” and body tension

• Developmental delays and asymmetries

• Difficulty with tummy time, rolling, sitting, crawling, and walking
